Orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time will be shipped out the next business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center, approximately 2-3 business days from order date.
FEDEX is our courier for all shipments. All orders are shipped requiring Signature Upon Delivery. Please ensure a receiving person is available at the delivery address.

We offer a flat rate of $15 for all US Ground shipments. Please allow 1-2 business days to US East Coast, and 5-7 business days to US West Coast. All orders over $1000 receive complimentary US Ground shipping.

FEDEX International shipping costs will be calculated at Checkout based on the shipping destination. Please note the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes, and any delay in payment of duties and taxes will delay delivery.
Our warehouse is closed on the weekends and for all US federal holidays, and orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
At this time, we are unable to ship orders to GENERAL DELIVERY, P.O. BOXES, APO, FPO, U.S TERRITORIES. Orders made to any of these types of addresses will be cancelled.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Time’s Arrow purchase. We will gladly accept returns on all full-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Simply send a return request email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, item for return, and reason for return. We will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number, instructions for the return, and a return shipping label. A restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund.
**All Sale Items are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return.**
All returning items must be in their original unworn, undamaged condition, accompanied by their original packaging and dust bags. The return security tag must be attached. Items for return must be shipped within 14 days of issuance of RA. Any returning packages that do not meet the conditions listed will be refused and returned to sender.
If you prefer another method of return shipping, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable service. Time’s Arrow is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned with a different shipping method. No return fee will be deducted from your refund when using a different shipping carrier.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days after the return package arrives at our warehouse for processing. We will notify you when a refund has been processed in your original form of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Once the refund has been processed, credit to the original form of payment usually appears on the statement in 2 to 4 business days depending on the bank.

Avoid contact with water, grease, lotions, perfumes or cosmetics. Should your bag get wet, dab it with a soft neutral cloth.
Avoid overexposure to heat and direct sunlight.
Be careful not to rub your bag against anything that is abrasive. Minor scratches may be reduced by delicately massaging the leather with a clean finger free of any grease or moisture.
To clean your bag, wipe it gently using a clean and soft cloth. When not in use, we recommend storing the product in its protective bag in a cool, dry place.
